Ted Phillips is not only the local Pet Stop dealer and the owner of Pet Stop of the Big Bend, he and his wife, Leslie, are also Pet Stop customers, using Pet Stop brand pet fencing for there dog Bayliegh. They also use the Pet Stop indoor wireless fence products for there two indoor cats, Tux and Sophie. They use an indoor wireless unit to keep Bayliegh out of the cat litter box on one channel and they use several indoor wireless units on a different channel to keep the cats off the kitchen counters.

I could not have asked for a better experience from Ted Phillips, the local owner of Pet Stop. We called Ted last summer for our then 6 month old English Cocker. He was on time and the whole installation took about half a day. He supplied the collar and also showed us how to train the dog. The experience since then has been exceptional. We have had a few batteries go out and he quickly replaced them at a fair rate and our dog grew out of the collar and he replaced that as well. The entire system has a lifetime warranty, so he is quick to respond to any inquiries or trouble shoot over the phone when the collar is not working. I could not have asked for a better experience so far.

The Truth About Invisible Fence® Brand Extended Duration Corrections

If you are considering purchasing the competitor’s system, Invisible Fence® Brand, you should be aware that their main feature (Boundaries Plus®) continuously shocks your pet for 10, 20, or 30 seconds if they leave the yard .

Ted Phillips promptly responded to my request for a quote, and came out as soon as he could. He explained to the how the entire process would work, where the dog fence would be placed, and met our dogs. Our dogs are very excitable, but he was not intimidated by them at all. He gave us a very competitive quote, and after looking at other companies, we decided to go with him.

He then came out, set up the fence, and trained our dogs, all in one day. Most of it was done while we were not even at home. It takes some additional training for your dogs to understand where the fence line is, but now, a few weeks out, we never have to worry about our dogs getting out again. And the dogs rarely, if ever, get shocked. They are very happy to be able to hand out in the front yard. I cannot recommend Pet Stop enough.
